Click on Help, then click "About Photoshop Elements."
In the lower right corner of the window that opens, you are your name (or the name of the computer to see company), and under that one number, 20 is digits. This is the serial number.

If you do not find it in the packaging or the documentation that came with it, call Adobe. They can help you a serial number of your software.
